SHIPPING AND HANDLING

L'Amour Chic Boutique uses UPS to ship our packages in the Continental U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada (shipping fees are calculated at checkout where applicable)

Excludes: Gift Card Purchases. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

FREE Standard Shipping: on all orders $150 + in the (Continental U.S. Only.) Estimated Delivery 5-7 Business Days.

$9.95 Standard Shipping Fee: on all orders in the (Continental U.S. Only.) Estimated Delivery 5-7 Business Days

U.S. Territories and International Shipping to Canada ONLY: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders to Canada. Any additional duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

ALL other international countries we do not ship to at this time.

- UPS GROUND available $14.99 (Estimated Delivery 2-4 Business Days; excludes P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses).

-ALL P.O. Box and Military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Since L'Amour Chic Boutique is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.

Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

 

RETURNS:
Here at L'Amour Chic Boutique, we value every customer and want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns and will issue a store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below. 

We will gladly accept the return of your sellable item, for a STORE CREDIT

ONLY within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our Client Experience lamourchical@gmail.com to
initiate the return process. *After 7 days from the point of delivery, no request for a return shall be accepted.


To correctly process your return, the following must be complied:
L'Amour Chic Boutique reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition
The product(s) MUST be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of being washed or worn.  If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
All original packaging, branded boxes, or bags along with all original tags still attached. 
The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return
Items. All items purchased that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned to sender:
We do not accept returns on items that have visibly washed, worn or where the tags have been removed
Non-Returnable Items: All Contouring Bodysuits, sale items, items marked final sale, all Beauty products,
Bundle offers, and Gift Cards are non-returnable
Once your item is returned:
Our team will take care of processing your return and will send a confirmation email once the package has
been received and processed
Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive, review and process your return for a STORE CREDIT ONLY
Once the return has been reviewed and approved, a store credit will be issued

ISSUES WITH ITEMS RECEIVED:
Here at L'Amour CHich Boutique, all items are inspected & photoed before packaged and shipped. If your item arrived in any condition other than as described, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery
along with pictures and our Client Experience Team with provided information for next steps.

What if my package was lost or stolen?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
